Sales Agreement
The sales agreement is established between Crea-Kat and the adult client (the ‘customer’) at the moment an email is sent to the customer for confirmation. Anyone placing an order with Crea-Kat agrees to these sales, delivery, and payment terms.
Electronic evidence (e.g., email, backups, etc.) is accepted by all parties involved within the framework of sales agreements and relationships.
Prices and Product Information
All our prices are in euros, including 21% VAT, excluding shipping costs. All prices are per item unless otherwise indicated. Shipping costs are clearly indicated separately. For an order, the price and promotion at the time of the order apply. Crea-Kat reserves the right to change and correct product prices and information at any time. If a product purchased shortly thereafter is discounted, no claim can be made for a refund of the price difference. All prices on the website are subject to printing and typographical errors. No liability is accepted for the consequences of printing and typographical errors.
Crea-Kat strives to make product descriptions and photos as clear and accurate as possible. Information about the items is always indicative, and color shades in the photos may slightly differ from actual colors. Online Order
After you have sent your order, you will receive an automatically generated email confirming your order. If you have not received an email from us, it’s best to check your spam folder. We know from experience that our emails sometimes end up there. If there is an error in our inventory system and an item is no longer in stock, you will be notified by the next business day at the latest. This may take longer during holiday periods.
Payment
Items are reserved for you for 8 days. If we have not received payment after 8 days, the reserved items will be offered for sale again.
Crea-Kat collaborates with partner Stripe for a secure payment environment. This payment platform is integrated into the webshop. More information about Stripe can be found at www.stripe.com/be
Gift Vouchers
Vouchers can be ordered online. Gift vouchers cannot be returned or exchanged for cash or other forms of payment, even partially. The gift vouchers are valid for 1 year.
Delivery and Shipping
Crea-Kat does its utmost to respect the delivery period of 7 working days once we have received payment.
The stated delivery times are not binding but are given as an indication only. Incorrectly provided delivery addresses are the responsibility of the buyer and may result in additional costs.
Shipping Costs:
- Pick up at the studio during opening hours: free
- To a home address:
- Belgium: € 7.50 (end-of-year period € 8.50)
- Abroad: Netherlands, France, Germany, and Luxembourg: € 16.50
- All other countries: € 34.00
- Free shipping from a purchase of € 100.00 in Belgium and €120.00 in the Netherlands, France, Germany, and Luxembourg.
We reserve the right to adjust our shipping rates if necessary. Shipping costs are always clearly stated on your order confirmation.
Retention of Ownership
Crea-Kat remains the full owner of a sold item until the purchase price is fully paid.
Failure to Collect Placed Order or Products
Crea-Kat has the right to offer for sale an order and products such as custom-made knitwear or processed wool/hand-spun wool if the product has not been collected after 3 months after we have informed the client that the product is ready, regardless of whether the purchase price has been fully paid or not.
Force Majeure
We are not liable for a delay in execution or non-execution of our obligations due to events beyond our normal control, including all forms of force majeure, even if these events are foreseeable.
Applicable Law
All agreements between Crea-Kat and the client are subject to Belgian law. The Belgian courts have exclusive jurisdiction.
