Refund and Return Policy

The consumer has the right to inform Crea-Kat that they wish to cancel the purchase (a legal provision related to distance selling, included in the Law of April 6, 2010), without paying a penalty and without providing a reason within 7 calendar days from the day following the delivery of the product. The consumer then returns the goods in their original packaging at their own risk and expense.

Patterns, knitting books, and knitting needles are not returnable. Yarn (unopened) can be returned or exchanged within 7 calendar days from the day of purchase.


Attention! Goods that are not prefabricated and are made based on an individual choice or decision of the consumer cannot be revoked, such as custom-made knitwear, custom-cut fabrics, etc.

Items that do not meet your expectations or are damaged upon arrival can be returned after you have reported this in writing via email to crea-kat@telenet.be. Once we have responded to your email, you can return the items to Crea-Kat, Kwadamstraat 64, 9910 Knesselare, under the following conditions:

  • The item must be returned in an unchanged new condition within 7 calendar days from the day following delivery.
  • Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless an error was made by Crea-Kat.
  • Insufficiently or unstamped returns will not be accepted by Crea-Kat, regardless of the reason for returning.
  • As soon as we have the items back in their original condition, we will refund the amount due (excluding shipping costs) within 30 days.

We reserve the right to refuse returns if we suspect that the items have already been used or if we suspect damage caused by fault other than Crea-Kat or the supplier of the item.

We check our items before shipping and ensure proper packaging. The customer agrees to check the order upon delivery. Never accept packages that are clearly damaged during transport and check immediately upon receipt. If you find damage to the items you ordered despite our inspection, we ask you to inform us immediately. If possible, we also ask you to email us a photo of the damaged item. Never discard the postal packaging before confirming that your shipment is in good condition and never return a received package without contacting us first!
