Isager is a Danish wool brand that has been around for over 40 years. Marianne and Helga Isager are the managers and designers of the beautiful patterns with lovely colors inspired by the Norwegian nature and Marianne’s many travels, also with a Japanese touch. These are reflected in the patterns. Isager yarns are pure natural yarns, animal-friendly, and ecological, carrying the GOTS label (Global Organic Textile Standard). The GOTS label guarantees that production is done in an environmentally friendly and socially responsible manner. Furthermore, quality requirements apply to the products. The Eco labels are undyed yarns, only with the natural colors of the alpacas and sheep. Isager yarns are very durable, timeless yarns, a must-have for every knitter!
